Will Your Wings — Red Wing Heritage Fall ‘24 Campaign
We’ve all heard stories—maybe even lived them—about Red Wing boots being passed down, carrying memories and family history. These stories reflect the essence of what makes Red Wing a legacy brand, connecting generations through craftsmanship and durability.
This fall, Red Wing Heritage launched the Will Your Wings campaign. Its goal? Highlight what already exists—stories, artifacts, and experiences. With boots designed to last and meant to be passed down, this campaign builds on the heritage embedded in every pair.
A unique feature of the campaign is a custom tag—available for purchase and stitched into boots—that acts as a “will.” While small, this tag symbolizes the personal meaning Red Wing boots carry for many. Global events in Tokyo, Paris, Berlin, London, and Red Wing, MN brought communities together to share these stories. On-site cobblers were even available to stitch the tags directly into boots.
The campaign also spotlights three powerful stories—Yuki + Shino, Brelen + Max, and Molly + Steve. Molly and Steve’s story was particularly exciting for the brand as it gave us an opportunity to honor an icon: Steve McQueen. His legacy, closely intertwined with Red Wing’s, is a testament to the timeless appeal of our boots.
