Red Wing Heritage Steps into Fall: Collaborations & New Products
Red Wing Heritage kicked off the Fall ‘24 season with a new product release for men and two high-profile collaborations for women.
A modernized Beckman made its return to the lineup. This time with elevated materials and features and a more premium leather for an overall look and feel of a luxury boot. The release was part of a larger story of Charles Beckman’s harrowing journey to the United States and foundational steps toward the founding of Red Wing Shoe Company in 1905. This marks the first release that was accompanied by a long-form, documentary style video that seamlessly married product innovation with our rich archival history.
Red Wing Heritage Women joined forces with Los Angeles based designers Emily Current and Meritt Elliott of THE GREAT. for a unique collaboration of six new Classic Moc colorways. Inspired by the craft and timelessness of Red Wing Shoes, Emily and Meritt worked in tandem with our team to create a colorful and charming take on Americana style. Currently four of these boots are available on THE GREAT.’s website with two more styles releasing later this fall exclusive to THE GREAT.’s website and stores, and Heritage stores in Europe and Japan.
THE GREAT. hosted a formal release party for the boots in L.A. which was attended by several celebrities including Kristen Bell, Mandy Moore, and Mindy Kaling. Celebs were spotted wearing their boots styled with other products of THE GREAT.’s fall 2024 line.
Red Wing hit the runway for Fendi’s Spring 2025 show in Milan. Featuring several exclusive designs, models for Fendi’s newest looks wore a high fashion take on the Classic Moc. This iconic style was specifically chosen to contrast the light, airy pieces of the line with our sturdier, grounding chunky boot. This was a global stage for our U.S. made brand spurred by the creativity of our own product team and designers at Italy-based fashion house Fendi.
