I’m a people person. I love waking up in the morning knowing my job is to put smiles on people’s faces, and that I’m part of a team that makes a difference in so many lives. My team and I come in contact with hundreds of people a day … by phone, email, or online chat. It’s incredible how our shoes have found homes with customers all over the world.

When customers contact us for help, it’s the little things that make them happy. We’re here for them … even if it’s just a broken shoelace.

And that’s what makes working here so incredible.

Across the company, from the stores to e-commerce to our leadership, everyone is focused on delivering remarkable products and services. The pride we take in our work, the quality of our footwear, and the commitment to our customers makes me smile every day. Knowing that I have the opportunity to be a part of Red Wing Shoe Company, and am helping to contribute to the Company’s legacy makes me feel proud.
